*FIRST-TIME CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• Accepted payment methods are etransfer, cash and/or direct billing to most insurance companies (I do not use a machine). 
• If you booked manual osteopathic therapy or RAPID-NFR, please come with comfy, moveable clothes (shorts and tank top or sports bra are ideal).
• When you arrive, please take a seat at the front and I will come get you when it is time for your session to start. You are welcome to use the washroom (end of the hallway, 2nd door to the right) as you wait!
• Canada Life will not accept claims for MOT sessions at this time (they are the one insurance company that doesn't cover Type II MOT educational programs).
• Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice required to not incur the full cost of treatment as booked. Reasonable exceptions may be made at my discretion, but please do your best to honor the time you have scheduled!
