*PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING:

• UPDATE MARCH /26 - Great news! Manual Osteopathic Therapy treatments are now eligible for reimbursement through Canada Life extended health plans. Coverage varies by policy so I recommend checking with your provider if you have questions about your benefits; but generally if you have a category called "Osteopathy", you should be covered. 

• As of September 2025, I am no longer offering direct billing. Accepted payment methods are etransfer or cash (I do not use a machine). 

• Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice required to not incur the full cost of treatment as booked. Reasonable exceptions may be made, however - please do your best to honor the time that has been set aside for you. By scheduling an appointment, you are consenting to this policy.

• If you book manual osteopathic therapy or RAPID-NFR, please come with comfy, moveable clothes (shorts and tank top or sports bra are ideal - these treatments are done dressed).

• When you arrive, please take a seat at the front and I will come get you when it is time for your session to start. You are welcome to use the washroom (end of the hallway, 2nd door to the right) as you wait!

• Canada Life will not accept claims for my MOT sessions at this time (they are, to my knowledge, the one insurance company that doesn't cover Type II MOT educational programs).
